We are very happy with this tv! It has so many free stations using the installed Pluto (internet service required). This tv was so easy to get started on and all the apps like Netflix, Prime and more set up with ease as long as you remember your passwords. The remote makes it easy to navigate through to all the different sections. We have always loved our past Vizio TVs and this is no exception! Great deal too!
Weird TV. I don't know about this TV. Sometime is turns off by itself. The entire TV just turns off. And sometimes the remote doesnt turn the TV on. This doesn't happen often..but enough to make me wonder what is going on. It's an Ok tv. I love the smart function with hulu, youtube, netflix, etc already installed. It also comes with a free movie station, but I never seen a movie I wanted to see..hence why they are free I guess. I'm glad I have this TV but probably wouldnt buy it again if I had more money to spend on better. The sound and picture are fine.
I am very happy with my purchase whenever I am able to watch TV but practically every other day the apps either freeze or tells me it cant connect to the network and it wont work even after logging out and logging back in so I end up having to physically get up to unplug the tv for a few seconds so it resets itself and I am able to watch TV again. A HUGE inconvenience when I am super comfortable or holding the baby and cant move
Not too sure about the tv. My daughter returned hers and switched for same one and no problems yet. But the television just stopped working for no reason. I bought the same for my bedroom and noticed it kept freezing on me and had to keep rebooting. Let’s just say...I still have box and original receipt on hand
There is a delay between the remote and the TV that I haven't seen on other TVs before. Also, the numbers of the channels are so small as to be invisible from more than 5 feet away. Sometimes they are not even displayed. Could not figure out how to increase the size. Both are very annoying and made me regret the purchase.
i am not happy that i am forced to use smart cast to watch hulu i dont like being tracked and i dont use voice boxes so i should not have to sign away my life to watch apps that i pay for the picture is good and the sound is good but i fell like i have to sell my soul for something i paid for
It's not a bad tv. I have 2 issues. First, it randomly disconnects from my wifi. No matter how many times I enter my password it will not connect. Sometimes I have to factory reset it several times. Second, the SmartCast stops working so much. Next time I will not buy Vizio.
I opened the box, inspected the tv. Everything looked great. I had to have help hanging it. I paid to have it hung through Walmart. I asked the man if we should turn it on before he hung it. He said it was fine, we didn't need to, everything looked good. Well... he hung it and when he turned it on, the screen was shattered! See pictures. You can't tell until you turn it on.
I bought this TV specifically for my kids to play Xbox on. It has a one second sound lag while playing Xbox, which makes playing video games unbearable. After repeated contact with Vizio support they refused to offer a different model and essentially told me too bad, it is a software problem. surprisingly enough this problem does not occur on any of the other TVs in my home. Word to the wise, DO NOT BUY A VIZIO
I purchased this during the virus pandemic as a gift for Mom. It was through Walmart, shipped by FedEx. Side note: It took months for the TV stand to arrive because of the pandemic so we couldn't safely set it up yet. Once the stand arrived and we set it up for Mom, there were crackled, starburst looking things across the screen. Picture included. Because it had been several months since purchase, Walmart wouldn't exchange it and to top it off Vizio refuses to make good on the warranty.
