Vizio does it best. no complaints only praise. if you have internet this tv will give you tons of free channels built in as well as free movies and of course they have literally any subscription service app available. sound is a big upgrade as well picture quality is above the expectations very vibrant brights and complex contrast darks. Variable fefresh rate for gamers 😎 👌 👏 👍 🙌 ✨️ will update in 6 months but vizio has always lasted me 7- still running great after 11 years for my smaller bedroom tvs.
The tv is overall good but when using free sync and full array local dining at the same time the backlight will experience delay, it's very distracting hopefully theirs a software update that addresses it but that's not likely. The p series has had this issue in the past and it never got fixed.
I didnt know it didn't have a browser in the TV so I cant go on the internet. I could do that with my Insignia Smart Fire TV so I assumed I could that with any TV. I would return it but iI destroyed the box removing the TV from it. The only way to go on the Internet is with SmartCast app so it's inconvenient. But other than that it's a good TV especially for the sale price of $298!!!
This is my honest opinion. The colors on this TV were very vibrant and beautiful to look at. The only issue I have was how pixelated it was. I feel like I could see the pixels even while sitting back on my couch. the curves of letters or text that were on the screen were a little choppy, which was overall worse than my previous TCL 4 series TV. if you're looking for bright vibrant colors, this is the TV for you. if you are a stickler for clarity and smooth edges on text and whatnot, I think you're better off elsewhere.
You get what you pay for. It's a pretty basic tv. Color is ok, sound is ok. You need to sit directly infront of tv for clear picture, at any angle it is blurred but I do like the 4hdmi ports, everything else is just ok. There is nothing that impresses me with this tv
The tv arrived today but the bottom and top frame is sticking out a bit. Luckily the screen works. Not sure if this is a factory defect or if it was damaged during shipping. Either way I would reconsider buying this tv since it looks like several people have received damaged tvs.
My previous 55" HD Vizio worked for 9 years before a lightning strike killed it. I bought this as a replacement, but it died less than 3 weeks after setting it up. The day before it died it was occasionally losing audio or video. The next day, it wouldn't even turn on. For the 2 weeks it did work, picture quality was good - bright and sharp. Even though they claim it has Bluetooth, there was no Bluetooth connection, so I couldn't connect my phone or earbuds, like I did with the old TV. This TV is not as advertised and the one I received was obviously highly defective.
Took time and care to get TV setup and the screen was damaged from the inside display. No evidence from outside - very disappointing- now that I'm reading all the reviews - so many people have this issues too. Now I have to deal with call to Vizio. Which was so frustrating. Then I was asked to send pics and proof of purchase. I was told I would get a response as in 24-48 hours! Super discouraging.
The TV arrived cracked. I do not recommend ordering this online. An employee at the store that I took it back to said that 5 other people had brought that tv back the same day. They aren't in any stores so that only complicates things. Ended up buying a tv somewhere else.
When I received it, I set it up, plugged it in and the screen was broken. When disassembling one of the screws got stuck in the hole (the two screws for the legs were different). Now I have a 55” broken tv part way repackaged to return. I am sincerely hoping there won't be an issue with the return.
