VIZIO 55" Class Quantum 4K QLED HDR Smart TV (VQD55R-10)

This Vizio TV exceeded my expectations in both price and quality. The picture is crisp, the sound is clear, and setup was fast and easy. For the price, the performance is outstanding—it delivers great value without sacrificing quality. I'm very satisfied with this purchase and would definitely recommend it.

News flash, when I went to activate the tv it wouldn't let me I had to call the number on the screen and it went to a call center in either Egypt or elsewhere they tried to get me to pay $125.00 to activate it. I dug out the paperwork and found the real number and continued to get it activated…free

This TV is a great value! The picture - HDR and high contrast with the quantum dot technology - is so clear and sharp! The full-field LED backlight is flat, without any dim areas, across the screen. Viewing angle is quite wide, so there is not a bad seat in the room. The product registration is straightforward and well-guided, and it enables Vizio free streaming channel options. I am also really impressed with the onscreen settings menu. I was a little concerned with the mount holes in the back of the TV. These are set quite a bit lower than my previous Samsung TV, and I had to reattach the TV mount on my wall about 3 inches lower in order to have it clear the top of the alcove in which the TV hangs.

with the tv I had also paid $79 to install the tv protection pkg. No one has notified in reference to installing the tv. Apparently the installer is Angie's list. I tried emailing them and its an invalid website. My tv is still in the garage awaiting installation.

WE'VE HAD A VIZIO FOR SEVERAL YEARS WHICH HAS A WONDERFUL PICTURE.. WE UPGRADED FOR BLUETOOTH FOR MY HUSBANDS HEADPHONES AS HE'S HARD OF HEARING. I MUST SAY, THE PICTURE QUALITY IS NOT NEARLY AS SHARP AS OUR OLD SET NOR THE COLOR AS GOOD.. BIG DISAPPOINTMENT!

It is priced well but this tv is garbage. There is a green tint that comes and goes over the entire screen, and the volume is not stable. Normal volume on one app is either very loud or very quiet on another so you’re constantly adjusting the volume.

This vizio tv glitches. I was going to use it for streaming only, but it would glitch and/freeze up when I connected. I changed, fixed settings and it still glitches/freezes. Its not my internet. My other tvs, all samsungs, do not do this. So I connected my directv box to the vizio and it still dod mot solve the problem. i want to return this tv.

We had to return it. Nothing worked on tv Apps would not download. Screen kept going gray. We’ve never had issues with Vizio. It was delivered so maybe something happened during delivery. We may revisit Vizio in future but this was a bad experience this time around.

Worked fine for a few months. I bought back in may 2025 and after a few months it would just randomly shut off and restart itself. Doesn’t matter what source or time,temperature , outlet. It just restarts randomly. It’s incredibly annoying and that’s why it gets 1 star. This is a Vizio thing as my 2016 Vizio did the same thing

The thing blank on the screen within a month of owning it it was a big inconvenience. I had to send it back. I didn't have the box. I had to buy a box for $30. Lost all kinds of money and then they gave me my money back eventually. But it was a horrible experience on buying a new tv
