VIZIO 55" Class Quantum 4K QLED HDR Smart TV (VQD55R-10)

News flash, when I went to activate the tv it wouldn't let me I had to call the number on the screen and it went to a call center in either Egypt or elsewhere they tried to get me to pay $125.00 to activate it. I dug out the paperwork and found the real number and continued to get it activated…free

This Vizio TV exceeded my expectations in both price and quality. The picture is crisp, the sound is clear, and setup was fast and easy. For the price, the performance is outstanding—it delivers great value without sacrificing quality. I’m very satisfied with this purchase and would definitely recommend it.

The picture quality is very good, way better than the review I gave the Phillip television. The color is vibrant; therefore adjust to your preference. I gave 4 stars for sound, BUT I believe for any television especially of that size and greater you have to purchase a soundbar to get the full effect of a movie and or regular programming. There are multiple apps with Vizio so you can pick, choose and refuse. I’ve had the television for 3 months and so far I’m pleased with it. If something changes, I will be sure to update. My other Vizio QLED television that I got from Best buy 2 years ago I'm currently visiting in Paterson and I tried everything that I could try under the sun to get it to work It would just all the sudden turn off or reset on its own the back of the television was pretty warm and now it's the last thing that they were suggesting that maybe the power board or whatever they're talking about is getting hot with the old one being model number Q55Q j60. this new one is pretty much the same model number except it has l4 on the end taking a chance here I hope it's okay I also did get the 4-month extended warranty just in case

This TV is a great value! The picture - HDR and high contrast with the quantum dot technology - is so clear and sharp! The full-field LED backlight is flat, without any dim areas, across the screen. Viewing angle is quite wide, so there is not a bad seat in the room. The product registration is straightforward and well-guided, and it enables Vizio free streaming channel options. I am also really impressed with the onscreen settings menu. I was a little concerned with the mount holes in the back of the TV. These are set quite a bit lower than my previous Samsung TV, and I had to reattach the TV mount on my wall about 3 inches lower in order to have it clear the top of the alcove in which the TV hangs.

with the tv I had also paid $79 to install the tv protection pkg. No one has notified in reference to installing the tv. Apparently the installer is Angie's list. I tried emailing them and its an invalid website. My tv is still in the garage awaiting installation.

This vizio tv glitches. I was going to use it for streaming only, but it would glitch and/freeze up when I connected. I changed, fixed settings and it still glitches/freezes. Its not my internet. My other tvs, all samsungs, do not do this. So I connected my directv box to the vizio and it still dod mot solve the problem. i want to return this tv.

We had to return it. Nothing worked on tv Apps would not download. Screen kept going gray. We’ve never had issues with Vizio. It was delivered so maybe something happened during delivery. We may revisit Vizio in future but this was a bad experience this time around.

It is priced well but this tv is garbage. There is a green tint that comes and goes over the entire screen, and the volume is not stable. Normal volume on one app is either very loud or very quiet on another so you’re constantly adjusting the volume.
