Big, bright and beautiful screen. Easy setup. Smart tv with tons of tech to help you stream, game, or watch live tv.
This is my first smart TV. I cut the cord from cable and only get internet and use two over-the-air antennas with a toggle switch so that I can scan all of the channels in my area with success. I love this TV as the picture is awesome. The apps that come with it are wonderful too. I am saving so much money by cutting the cord and using and enjoying this TV. I also bought a Fire Cube for the internet. I recommend this TV highly. The only drawback is that it does not come with a manual. I had to download and print one from the Vizio site.
I bought my tv approximately 3 weeks ago. I really like my tv. It has a beautiful picture and the sound is very good. The price was very good also. I did have 1 hiccup. I had the tv shipped to me. When unpacked it had a large pick blob show up in the right top cornor when turned on. I called website right away they replaced it within 4 days. The staff i worked with was wonderful Replacement tv has no problems and i am very happy.
I purchased this TV because of the great price and the QLED display. I am very happy with this TV. The colors are vivid. The sound is very clear. The TV senses which input to use based on the remote. If I use the DVD remote it switches to that input. If I use the Amazon FireTV remote is switches back to that input.
Beautiful set----- the only thing is it does not have an EPG (electronic programming guide). or otherwise known as the guide----------New Vizios do not have this feature anymore. A service I just thought was a standard feature on all TVs. For this reason, I am returning this TV. Who can live without an online tv guide ??????? Also not happy with the remote. No numbers on it, takes longer to change channels by moving up and down on the keypad on the screen.
Absolute junk. Purchased 7 months ago for gaming use. Horizontal glitch bars all over the screen, was intermittent now non stop. And when it does it the frame rate freezes so impossible to play any games. Does it in any source, even the built in apps. Going to try and warranty it but they expect you to ship it back in its box which is gone and you have to pay for it yourself. If they don't resolve I'll never buy Visio again.
Very disappointed with Vizio quality. Have purchased 3 other Vizio products in the past, 2 of which had electronic failures within 5 years. Thought it almost had to be a case of really bad luck. The glowing reviews on this model convinced me to give them just one more chance. Then wouldn't you know, the one I received, in its original packaging straight from China, had obvious colored vertical lines in the picture, extending out more than 2" at the screen edges. Right out of the box! What a waste of everybody's time! Suffice it to say Vizio has permanently lost a customer. The good news is Walmart made it easy to return -- without the box, which was too big to fit in my car.
I dislike the fact that this tv's power cord is so short. They make the same length of cord for every size of their tv's. Calling Vizio is no help. Their response was " Add an extension cord." Everyone do not want a ugly cord hanging from their tv if is is on the wall. Look for another brand with better customer service.
I bought the 58" Vizio. It was shipped to me from California to South Carolina. When it arrived, the screen was damaged and i had to return it to my local Sam's Club. The local club had no more 58" televisions in stock, so i bought a 65" Vizio (same series) and it is working great.
Had to get a replace from the manufacturer warranty because the screen went blank... took a while for the replacement too. I dont know if I will buy another vizio. My original purchase was shipped to my house... Im thinking it was damaged on the way to cause the blank screen.
