VIZIO 65 in Class 4K UHD LED HDR Smart TV, V4K65M-08

I’ve always purchased Vizio tvs but this is the largest I’ve purchased at a very affordable price I’ve had my Vizios for 10 years I finally passed them down to younger family members to purchase smart tvs that have the same great picture as the day I bought them

I was a loyal Vizio television customer until this purchase. Sound and picture sucks. Loading the apps is a constant problem. Called customer service several times and Niko @ 605.540.2044 is extremely rude. They came and the repair was not successful. They refuse to replace this defective product. I’m done with Vizio!!!!

I always buy Vizio TV’s %26 never have issues. I should have listened to the negative reviews on this tv or got a warranty as now I don’t think Walmart will resolve this issue. I’ve had this tv less than a year %26 from the start I the volume is super low turning it on full volume the sound is still half of what a normal tv would sound like. Now I’m having issues with my tv connection %26 I can’t watch it at all!! Never again!

I have always shopped at Walmart but what a disappointment regarding hellotech perhaps Walmart being such a reputable company should consider another installation company. Their technicians cancel at the last minute two times in a row, yet they turn around and have the audacity to charge a fee to me after I cancel their service with a 2 day notice. Walmart needs to understand who they have installing their products.

Sound is horrible. And main focus was Bluetooth headphones pairing - unfortunately sound doesn’t connect for long. Defeats the purpose of purchasing. Picture quality sub par. Love how sleek it is though (no annoying power light other than turning on n off) .Hoping no issues for returning- one is open the other still in box - there was no need to open. Hoping Samsung’s price drops and is able to give me what Vizio hasn’t.

Terrible terrible terrible. Within a year of owning it, the onboard speakers gave out (less than 1 month after getting it) the picture is beginning to flicker on the top half of the unit and the onboard OS is horrendously slow and buggy. Customer service from Vizio is non existent, no replies to warranty inquiries. Avoid this TV, and probably all from Vizio.

This is my third and last Vizio. This new one requires joining Vizio on line, complete with screen name, password, and all the required personal info in order to make it work. I called Customer Service and told them that I only want to watch cable tv and did not need to couple this tv with my mobile phone, tablet, and other devices on my wi fi. CS told me it was required as part of the setup, but I could talk to a technician who could tell me how to get around this requirement. But....talking to a tech would cost me $5 plus other charges, just to talk. They won, I conceded and joined their little club and suddenly my new tv worked. There is one lingering problem in operation- the tv comes on with the Vizio channel. I have gone into settings and clicked the box to have it come on the same HDMI input as when it was turned off, but the problem persists. I thought about calling customer service, bit was afraid I would get a bill in the mail.

Bought for the built-in Chromecast, the casting doesn't work most of the time, however I can cast using an external Chromecast to the same TV. When the cast does work it loses volume eventually, then you have to recast. Apps like Netflix and Prime do not load all the time. The remote is awkward to use, the volume controls do not react well. Garbage product in my opinion. Connecting to a receiver/surround sound doesn't give true surround sound to all speakers, if I stream something from any other device the sound is as expected. Don't waste your money on this product. The product was in stock when I purchased and the delivery was a day late.

Will not purchase Vizio anymore got this tv in feb and just over a month of having it, it quit working vizio sent a tech out and it was replaced now here we are in july and it has quit again. contacted vizio again considering the tv isnt even 6 months old they are giving me a refund. Going to be going with a different brand now! my mother in law purchsed the same tv and hers went out in less than a month something to do with this series that it isnt built right

Bought the TV end of March 19, 2025. On June 7th, 2025 turned the TV on and after a few seconds the screen had lines all through it and then went black. Sounds like a very common problem with this TV. Can't return to Wal-Mart because it was passed the 30 day window and Vizio customer service is useless.
