VIZIO 70” Class 4K UHD LED HDR Smart TV (V4K70M-08)

The TV is great! I included the installation package, and it's a joke. When purchasing the installation, it doesn't mention that you need to live in certain areas to receive proper services. I tried for an entire week to get my TV installed, and each time someone scheduled with me, they cancelled the next day. When speaking with the scheduling office, they shared that they could not find anyone within 60 miles of my residence.

The driver contacted me to make sure the address was correct and brought my 70 inch TV up my handicap ramp and left it by the front door. I was at a hospital when he delivered it and I came home two days later today and a friend had brought it in and it’s in great shape ready to be mounted so I can enjoy it!

Pretty great tv. Great clear picture and quality. Very easy to use. You get this app to download which can control the whole tv without any ads, best part, no ads like Roku 🤗

At first when we hooked it up and we were watching Netflix and then we went back to the menu. The whole menu didn’t come up so I turned it off, turned it back on, and it came up and then it did it again but the next day it was fine. It comes up every time so I don’t know if it was a connection issue or what that’s the only reason why I didn’t give it five stars I haven’t had any problems since.

The tv powers completely off in the middle of watching it on its own. This happens with no one holding the remote and it annoying. You have to power the tv back on and go back to the app you were watching and then back to the movie to resume and sometimes find the exact place in the movue.

When we received TV, we set it up, but then we had to register this TV for $75 in order to watch anything. We had to scan the QR code which gave us a phone number to call to register TV. I have NEVER before had to register a television just to watch it. It made us VERY angry.

Whatever you do regarding act do not buy a Vizio. Terrible reliability. Tv spontaneously turns itself off and at random times. Vizio says it is a power problem. Horrible experience with Walmart and Vizio. Inflexible and uncaring. Don’t buy Vizio !!!!!!!!! B

This product is an absolute waste of money. Vizio has truly dropped the ball with this one! I bought the 70” model for my new home, and just three months later, the sound shuts off consistently. It's incredibly frustrating! To make matters worse, WALMART has been completely unhelpful in resolving this issue. We all work hard for our money, and it feels like it's being thrown away, only to be met with responses like “contact support”—who, by the way, can't do anything either. It's unacceptable that hundreds of dollars from countless customers are going to waste!

The tv keeps randomly kicking us off the internet. It also randomly shuts itself off and reinstalls everytime it comes bck on kicking off again. It is very irritating. The sound is very poor. You could be at 45 and still have to tell people to hush or turn their phone down because its louder than what your watching. The picture is pretty nice. I would not recommend this tv to anyone.

Completely unacceptable by two different TVs on the same day both of them are doing the same thing they don’t leave. The programming stage will not allow you to put a language email or anything. What a waste of time driving back-and-forth to the store now I’m here with the second TV and it doesn’t work at all.
