I like the taste of the kosher dill pickles. The garlic flavor is not over powering and adds the right amount of zing. I prefer the bigger size of pickles and these do not disappoint when I am craving them. I usually snack on these whole or slice them up to add to sandwiches.
My only pickle about these pickles, is that the jar is becoming sparse at the bottom…meaning they aren't stacking/filling them to capacity. However, they have a wonderful flavor, aren't too salty, and are Keto cravings friendly.
The jar is filled with so much liquid and could easily fit 2 to 3 more pickles in the jar unless the jars are being opened and closed. I saw a video how a store employee would open the jar and then seal it as though it was never opened. This video showed how the employee opened and took what he wanted then sealed the jar. I hope this is not the case but the jars are always capable of several more pickles because it is always so empty at the bottom of the jar only a lot of liquid and clearly you can see more pickles could have been added or maybe they were added and then taken only to be sealed later. Which I hope is not the case.
We've bought this large jar of Vlasic pickles for years. The price has increased, a lot, recently, and this time the jar was only half full of pickles. They used to be packed tightly. Disappointing!! We will be switching to a cheaper brand since paying more for this brand doesn't mean what it used to.
The pickles are fine, great crunch. Good value, arrives unbroken. My problem is Vlasic is either intentionally leaving out pickles or there is a problem in pickle paradise. There is a noticeable void in the jar where pickles *should* be... like some pickle counter did the math on leaving one pickle per jar out and raising profits for the shareholders to get a year end bonus.
there's nothing wrong with the product in general but the company is not packing the stars with pickles, there's way too much pickle juice and about half the amount of pickles in the jar. it doesn't make sense, I don't know why they're not putting the pickles in there but they all float to the top and it's just a bunch of liquid, you might as well buy a small jar
pic on left is what i got. pic on right is what you offer. see anything wrong here? your corporate greed must stop. I mean they are only pickles. get over yourselves. if you don't like my review take it up with Vlasic.
While the flavor is fine, I am disappointed in the amount of pickle in the jar. There was room for at least 3- 4 more. If I am going to pay for the larger size I expect it to actually be full. Change the product picture to show that your buying a lot of juice and not so many pickles.
So i've gotten these pickles several times the last jar I had delivered to me, had a total of four large pickles and two about three inch.Pickles in it and the rest of it was just juice. So I don't know what exactly happened, but I got about a quarter of what you normally get.So pay attention to what's actually in the jar
Valasic pickles some were rotted on the ends! I have never seen valasic drop their quality as low as these pickles!! These cucumbers used should have been rejected and not used to make pickles. I have used Valasic for over 30 years and never have they seen such low quality.
