I had been using a color protectant shampoo, but I quit coloring my hair so I needed something to just give me some volume and body took a chance on this and I will never use any other shampoo

The BEST Shampoo
I've used this brand %26 this particular product for years %26 I swear by it!! I have extremely thin %26 sensitive hair %26 after washing %26 conditioning with this product(s), it makes my hair full, bouncy, %26 like I've got a lot more hair than I do!!! Also, it makes it extremely soft!!! You'll become a lifetime customer like me if you try it once!!!

OGX Shampoo is Really 5-Star
I've used OGX Volumizing Biotin %26 Collagen Shampoo for Fine Hair for years and find that it genuinely works for fine hair. It has a soft pleasant smell.

cap completely off and soap all over box
Bottle of shampoo came with the cap completely off, the box was full of soap, soaking in soap, if I want to return they want me to return the box full of soap and bottle half full. ridiculous! I want a replacement. You can see the corner and middle of the box already wet when it was delivered.

The product is misleading "pure and simple" , please read the ingredients. It has violet 2 and red 40.
