VOORTMAN Bakery Zero Sugar Vanilla Wafer Cookies 9 oz

My husband and I have been trying to cut out sweets. This cookie is zero sugar, but it tastes like it has sugar! It satisfies our sweet tooth. We look forward to eating our four cookies every day after our meal at 4 o'clock! We do intermittent fasting, so these are perfect!

PLEASE-PLEASE!!! Take care in handling. The product needs some sort of protection on the sides. They crush very easily. In 5 years, I've never received one that hasn't been crushed. I still get tho, cuz they're the best and return the ones that are crushed.

I didn't know what to expect when I bought these because a lot of sugar free things are not good but these are so good and you can't even tell they are sugar free.

another great choice is you have diabetes or just want to watch your sugar intake. taste so good you won't even know you're eating a sugar-free wafer these are amazing the smell the taste everything perfect

Sugar-free cookies are not a low calorie snack, so you must watch your intake. However, they are low in sugar, which for diabetics is an imprtant factor to watch for a better diabetic management

Very good. If you're wanting something sweet tasting without the sugar these are awesome. Now could I eat the whole package at once? Maybe. But that wouldn't be good for me. They are that good!!!

Price is a bit high, but considering that I am in a diet for low oxalate and low purines as well as prediabetes, I have to be very careful with what I eat. I bought one once to make sure it didn't have any strange taste, it tastes as regular wafer. I can't eat chocolate or strawberries due the high oxalate contents, so the only option I have is vanilla, tastes good, fresh and it's a good snack or desert. It would be considered low carb if you respect the serving size.

Tasty little snack for a diabetic. I take them out of their package they break apart a lot, and put them in a plastic container to keep them fresh. Will re-order.

BEWARE: In small print at the bottom of the ingredients section it says "Excess consumption may cause a laxative effect in sensitive persons." I have insomnia and was awake reading and eating these waffers. I missed an important eye specialist appointment because of the "laxative effect."

FYI: Just a wary for those of you, like me, who don't read the back labels...you might want to read this one. It states that over consumption of this product could have a laxative effect on sensitive persons. However, it does not give a specific amount. I found this out the hard way. 12 seems to be the magic number for me. They are so small and light, they seem harmless. WRONG!!! I was in agony for two days with massive diarrhea and gas with the force of a rocket blast off! I was certain my upstairs neighbors could hear what seemed to be foghorns going off during all hours of the night. It was just the blast of air being forced through my sphincter at hurricane force speeds. I was concerned it might not recover, but all is well now. I now understand why gastroenterologists prefer patients to drink GoLytely or Magnesium Citrate instead of a bunch of other types of laxatives. As bad as the liquid stuff is to drink, it's much easier than what I went through two weeks ago.
