Great first cellphone for your little one. You can actually text you child through their app. I lost my child's vtech phone and cannot seem to locate it anywhere and wished the phone included a gps tracker.

I like the size, the many games, parental control of screen time and contacts. The sound isn't very loud or I can't figure out how to turn it up.

Very cool gadget. Looks like a real phone but does not require phone service. Allows parent restrictions for younger users.

it's exactly what you would expect for the money. The camera is not the best but it is for kids... It would be great to have more filters on it! but it's been fun to use with my granddaughter. The only downside is it's a little difficult to toggle back and forth between the group chat and the one-on-one chat. Other than that she loves it.

I thought it came with more games on it. It says 2 free apps but we wasn't able to get the free apps. I didn't know it cost for your child to us the chat. But other then that my daughter loves it. It's just been a couple of days but right now enjoy it very much.

I like this product a lot. It makes it easy for my daughter to "message" my parents who live across the country on her own. My daughter is 4.5 and finds it pretty overwhelming. I think it would be better suited for 5.5 as a start age. She is warming up to it with time but hasn't explored any of the games or other features besides the messaging app part. I found set up difficult and frustrating and also never could figure out how to utilize the free credits it supposedly came with.

If i could give less than one star I would. This was for my child to be able to message family and play games. After the free trial games everything costs money to get and the third party apps through Amazon are no longer supported so the only option is to get things through the v-tech store. I had picked this phone because of the safety features, but it would have been easier to just get an old phone and place it in kids mode. It overheats constantly and will freeze because of the temperature. Its been 5 months since we got it and she is bored with the games and books, but paying $3-$5 every time she wants something new is ridiculous. The v-tech store is constantly glitching and saying I need to register the device again. This is a scam and not worth the hassle.

Got this for my kiddo so they could message their grandparents and play educational games. 1. the description doesnt tell you the games are on a free trial basis. After a few months you have to pay. 2. The only outside app platform to download other apps is Amazon App store. 3. The volume and clarity for sound is terrible. we had it turned all the way up and couldnt make out anything. some birthday gift! No wonder its on clearance.
