Bought as Anniversary gift, my Husband loved it!

My husband has been buying Wahl since the beginning of time. Newest purchases have been the Peanut which is tiny but mighty it fits perfect in his hand for perfect control and trimming. Then he bought the Balding clippers which is fantastic and works perfect. Wahl is my husbands favorite brand because of the continued quality.

First of all, the Cubs just won the World Series after a 108 year drought. Now you know this is a real person with a legitimate review. Moving on. The product itself came to me in non working order. While it was discouraging it happens. So keep that in mind that the possibility exists. It's the customer service after that makes me write a review. Hopefully I can save at least one person the headache. After returning the item to the address of the vendor I was completely ignored. I called everyday for two weeks straight and only got a voicemail, often times full so I couldn't leave a message. I sent numerous emails and was still ignored. Today, 12/19/2016, they FINALY responded to me. I made the return on 12/08/2016. To add insult to injury they had the audacity to be rude to me. This review serves as a warning. Purchase from this company at your own risk.
