Made in the USA, this is a professional clip with all the professional features, and the quality stands out when you pick it up. Heavy, substantial, my kids will be using it long after I pass.

Average hair clippers
Did not think this item was anything special. Was recommended by my barber and it had good reviews. When trimming my beard it pulls a lot and I have to go over multiple times to get all the hair off.

Good but misleading on product description.
Clippers work great and happy enough with purchase not to return but picture showed these have the 9000v motor and the ones sent do not they have the 5000v motor.

Bad customer service
Never received it. So I am rating their poor customer service. I sent them couple of emails regarding my missing order and nobody responded. Really bad customer service. I am getting an Andis clipper and will stay away from Wahl.
