Wahl Professional Senior Premium Clipper ( Model# 8500)

I bought this clippers to give myself haircuts with everything getting more expensive. I really like the quality of the Wahl Senior. We're too poor to buy cheap things and this lasting proven quality is as good as it gets!

The wahl senor Clippers... what a great purchase!! I have always used andis and osters but a coworker kept harping about how great wahl clippers were so I decided to try them out. And wow I love them and so does my clients. I must say money well spent.

I got my Whal Senior nearly 40 years ago. I have been using it to trim my beard regularly for all of that time and have also been using it to cut my hair since Covid. Not only are the clippers still working great, even the original box has (mostly) held up! I decided to write this review to thank Whal for making such a great product.

...or this smooth! My old Wahl clippers now feel like a beat-up but reliable Honda Civic, and these new Senior clippers feel like driving a bespoke Tesla if Elon Musk were actually a decent person. Thanks Wahl, these things are MARVELOUS!!!

5 stars all of the way! My fiance is a professional stylist. She was starting a new job after moving and I wanted to get her a new set of clippers to start the new job with. I went with the Senior as that is one of her preferred models. She loves them and says they cut smooth like butter. I also had a(self created) issue with addressing on the online ordering system. I put the wrong street address. I called customer support and the extremely pleasant representative was able to change the order address and contact the fulfillment department and have the correct address label put on the order before it went out to UPS. Fantastic customer experience!

Good product. Packaging ok

Heavy, awkward and loud. Was hoping to replace my Designer model, unfortunately I was unable to, and decided on a third pair of Seniors. I have a Sterling Senior, and another Original Senior set. The Sterling are slippery and okay, not great. The older Senior clippers are nice, this new set, not even close. I feel this product has not as nice as it was years ago, yet is more expensive.

I will be returning this item, because it overheats and turns off.

Clippers where defective the blade and the guard where miss aligned causing one side to cut longer then the other. Where not able to adjust blade enough to compensate. looks like a factory defect. Seller does not take returns, big waste of money!

This machine it's a brand new he gets so hot after 20 minutes to use so risk to use it will burn your skin and I tried to do a return so difficult Island defected and now I have to pay the shipping . Plus customer service they don't have none of professionalism deal with clients.
