Waleaf Heavy Duty Big and Tall Office Chair 500lbs with Adjustable Lumbar Support,High Back Office Chair for Adults

So far I love this chair. My last few chairs have been purchased at another store and only made it about a year before they started having lift issues and the padding started going flat. This chair feels like it will last longer than that. I wanted it for the size and for the springs in the seat.

Chair is sturdy and well built . I think it should last for a long time. I'm a big man and I go through chairs real fast. But this looks like it's gonna last a long time.

im 6'4 350.. so far feels secure and sturdy.. im always weary sbout furniture. no creaks or anything. i feel confident sitting in it. i love how big it is. all the way up is actually a little too high for my legs. thats a good feeling

Easy Assembly with clear instructions, chair is ve y attractive, however I am not HALF The weight limit and the cushion goes flat quickly. I had hopped that this would be Poofy or Plush enough to be comfortable after a 10-12 hr work day .... it is not. I also suggest some sort of cover for it, if you want the pretty pink to not look warn down in high traffic areas ie: the arm rests.

It's a nice chair, It's comfortable, however, the upholstery finish has come right off in a very short period of time

I thought the large chair would be comfy but really I just can't sit up straight with my feet on the floor and my back against the back rest. furthermore the arm rest started wearing out and the screw hole for one of the arm rests is stripped and now it's loose all the time. the padding in the arm rest wore down to where I need pillows. adjusting it to turn off recliner is a whole thing I need to get on the floor with a tool to push the pin in and out of it's place

Received chair and had issue with the chair not allowing to raise or lower height of chair. Contacted company to get a return and have had a lot of issues with them sending me a return shipping slip. They keep offering to give me some money back and keep chair and all I want is send chair back and get my full refund on a chair that does not work properly. I do not recommend this company or product! Very upset with the run around I am getting!

The chair arrived with one of the cables nearly cut in half. I tried contacting the seller per the instructions book. They have ignored my request for a replacement!!!!!

Missing parts so can't use chair waste of money!!!

The chair came it a mark and hole on it. Very disappointing
