I love the bed I went by having one of those Allen wrench drills or handle pieces so your hands not hurting because it's like an IKEA bed you got to put it together from pieces. also make sure you have a decent drill because you do have to kind of drill some of the screws into the wood correctly so that it will hold but once it's put together it's a very nice bed.

These bunk beds are excellent for the price. Assemble took long and I recommend using 2 people. The beds are very sturdy and good quality. My only negative is I wish there were covers for the silver screws so they didn't have to show. Highly recommend

easy up Easy Down Easy up we've taken it apart twice since we've had them because we've had grandchildren stay and then other grandchildren that couldn't have them burnt come and it no problem getting up and down and they're just as sturdy as the first time we put them up

I now have 2 sets of these bunkbeds , they are perfect for my grandkids when they come to stay , very strong and sturdy for four boys to use

Took a while to put together, only because it's a big piece of furniture! It's sturdy and looks nice and modern and great for my kids room!

I loved the bunk beds but I one issue. I was missing on of the mattress support slats (there was supposed to be 25 but only got 26). I did an online chat with Walmart and they said I had to contact Walker Edison. I did that and was told that they could not help me because I ordered it from Walmart. This is the only issue I had. Just would like to know what a customer is supposed to do when they order something from Walmart online and parts are missing.

I was super excited with how quick the bed got to me and was extremely disappointed with how many cracks are in the wood. Will have to replace the bed soon as the cracks are structural

I only have this rating not based on the product itself because I didn't have the opportunity to receive it. the shipping was the problem. I wish I had the opportunity to have it for my boys ages 3, and 9 they share a room and I wanted them to be comfortable. I may or may not decide to reorder. for some reason the box was empty during shipment. suggest that the company pack the items more better. From the other reviews it seems like a good bunk bed.

After just 2 month of usage we noticed a significant crack on the side rails of the bed! So we have to now buy another bed! Buy from a different brand please!

waited several days after said it arriving early on 29 September. Called FedEx after tracking it ARRIVED at local FedEx 29 September 5 am. never received by 2 Oct. JUST HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE at local company Florence SC
