Works with Walmart Family Plan This is my husband's first cell phone. He has mostly been able to learn how it works on his own, so easy to understand and use. Price was reasonable.

i have a special needs daughter that has blasted through many charging ports on previous phones, unfortunately one of her habits is to plug in %26 out unnecessarily. this phone and its charging port, has held up very well. i even brought a second one as backup even though her present one is still holding up well.

Setup was difficult. If you purchase online, it will not be scanned. You would have to go inside of Walmart so they can scan the device. And please don't throw the packaging away because they would need the bar code. Also the eSIM never arrived and this would have been sent through email. The simplest of all the above issues didn't apply with this purchase. I wouldn't recommend this product because of process failure.
