Tough Phone, Went through the inside of a industrial conveyer and around the rolling pin. Of course, the phone was inoperable but all it had was a slight curve! Oh speed, signal, looks, and handling is great.

The reason I gave one star for installation is because after trying to register my phone with the SIM card for 3 nights. After that I had a chat with customer service and it ends up it was locked which means someone scanned it incorrectly. Her words not mine.

The phone was good but you caused me a lot of anger and anxiety because you didn't scan it and I could not activate it.

DO NOT ORDER A CRLL PHONE FROM WALMART.COM They will not scan the bar code to activate the phone and your only option to make the product work is to take it back to a Walmart store and refund it and then repurchase it so they can scan the activation bar code. Waste of time and they dont even apologize

The phone itself is one of the best ive ever purchased.. However, the Family mobil customer service line to activate phone on, well i have truly never EVER experience customer service so absolutely horrible, it defied all logic! i cannot express to you in words how bad i was treated, but i can tell you that this is the 1st time ive ever felt like i wanted to sue a company due to their treatment towards me as a customer- Yes, its really was that bad! And not just from the usual minions that greet you with customer service, but also from a supervisor as well.. good luck

I like the phone,its how I purchase the phone. I paid online to pick up and i get home and im excited to activate my new phone, but as soon as i try to activate it the customer service for mobile service tells me my phone had not been activated at checkou so i have to go to Walmart just to get my money back to repurchase the phone... this make the 2nd time this happend. good luck on ur purchase... next time I'll buy inside of Walmart.😡

I thought this was going to be a good phone for the price point. Couldn't even activate it.."scanned improperly" so now I have nothing but a paperweight

like many others, my phone was not activated when it got here. I had to spend 30 dollars on uber to take it to a local store to return it and buy a new one. How has this issue not been fixed yet?

Dont buy this phone, as I ordered this for my friend who is a handicapped veteran with a prosthesis. We thought when it was delivered we would have no problem activating this device with Family Mobile and we were told that this was not scanned correctly at the store when it was picked up for delivery. He truly needed this phone for safety reasons and we are very disappointed.

Not scanned could not set up phone and having trouble returning it to store and online
