This shipped very fast! One of the metal panels was bent/ kinked. Customer service was amazing! They shipped us, a "whole" new complete item. This is a lot larger than we thought it would be! It's made very good, with some weight to it. It looks perfect in our outdoor kitchen. Also, it really does put out a lot of heat. Very happy with our purchase!

I looked everywhere on the internet and finally decided to purchase this fire pit. My husband put it together in less than 20 minutes and got us all out of bed just to come out and start enjoying it. It looks amazing on the porch and we can't wait to enjoy our evenings in the backyard more. Great product at a great price! Delivered on time and with care.

The fire pit is packed very carefully and securely. My wife assembled it on our patio. She then connected a propane tank to the fire pit. After turning on the tank, she lit the fire stones on the first try. She has her morning tea on the patio and loves her fire pit!

Looks Great! Have gotten lots of compliments on it. It really heats up which I was a little surprised. The only thing is it doesn't have a bottom which would be helpful to store the cover.

Lights, but won't stay lit. We would have e to take it apart to return and I didn't keep the box. Total waste of money

To return the item you have to contact the company. It has been a week and no reply. I do not recommend this company.
