I gave it 4 stars because the directions were pictures and kind of confusing, but once put together it was beautiful, I bought 2 for my shoes.
It's a great product. Looks beautiful. It's the instruction manual that's bad. Not a very clear manual with bad English. Otherwise I recommend the product.
I have initiated a return but have heard nothing. It does not fit my space and my local Walmart refuses to refund . I need directions for return please.
