These eye patches are more comfortable and don't sqash your hair like the elastic strap patches. They also allow air flow so your eye doesn't sweat like the other patches do. There are two sizes with four each for different size glasses. It depends on what you want it for. I'm having a hemorrhage in my left eye that is totally blocking my vision in my left eye. I see better if I keep my left eye closed. This patch doesn't completely cover your eye like the elastic eye patch does, but it does help and is much more comfortable and doesn't mess up my hair, so I do use this one.
