this product works fantastic for my leg cramps!! i get charlies in my thighs when im low on electrolytes, this works fantastic for that issue plus hydrates me . Taste isnt bad at all, just a little salty but for good reasons

Holy sodium, it's like drinking a cup of salt. I was shocked %26 so disgusted that I couldn't even finish one packet. Crazy expensive %26 wasted my money. I switched to Alani hydration packets and they're delicious!

I use a different brands electrolyte on a daily basis and was really looking forward to trying waterboy! I found that it has one of the worst tastes when it comes to different brands of electrolytes available. not only is it incredibly salty, there is absolutely no flavor to follow. regardless of what the packaging says, there's absolutely no strawberry lemonade flavor to be found.

Taste was not good and I didn't feel "energized" kind of expensive.
