When on a beach vacation I had previously bought a similar type hat and paid a lot of money for just 1 hat. Planning a family beach vacation I thought I would purchase 4 of these hats for the men in the family. For the price I was not expecting much. However, to my surprise the hats looked good, fit well and will be perfect to use as a sun hat!

I ordered this hat for my husband as he has skin cancer issues. He loves it! It is comfortable to wear and the wide brim provided adequate protection. I would highly recommend.

Fits perfectly and now I don't get sunburnt! It also helps out in the rain big time! I've gotten a lot of compliments and I can't recommend this enough!

this hat is water proof on the top ..but with that said it does have side vents that water can still get in , Im sure the vents are to make it breathable though . I think I will still work .

This would be perfect except the inner band that goes against your head flops down and I have to push it up each time I put the hat on. Have used this extensively and am very satisfied, especially for the price.

Looks good in the picture But quality is not what I expected. The hat it is replacing is of greater quality. But I did buy my old hat about 30 years ago. Quality of most everthing today is far inferior to todays quality.

Appearance is good. The ventilation mesh on either side of hat may not protect against UV since you can say daylight through the mesh. I prefer the hats that have 2 or 3 small ventilation holes. Firt time I used it I ended up scratching my scalp for a good amount of time. I am allergic to some synthetic material and probably to whatever they spray on the hat to give it uv protection property. Now I am using a cotton beanie under this hat and so far so good. The tag list material 100% Nylon which is among the best syntetic materials.
