Waverly Inspirations 2 Yard Cut 100% Cotton Solids Fabric, Cobalt, 44 in Wide, for Quilting and Sewing

The fabric was surprisingly cut close to the end grain and didn’t need straightening or loosing a lot of fabric on each cut end to straighten it. So I was impressed and thankful. It has a nice soft hand but it’s not too thin. . I found it to be a nice quality for the price. It didn’t shrink a noticeable amount , nor did it leave much , if any color on the “Color catcher sheets “ (Carbona” in the prewash.. overall I’m very pleased.

I'm not somebody who normally buys fabric, but I needed it for a special project. This fabric is really nice, very affordable, wash as well. If I had any wishes for improvement it would be simply that I wish Walmart would keep more of this color in stock during the spring. It's basically spring green without being neon or fluorescent green. So it's very popular and hard to find sufficient quantities at this time. I would've bought another 12 if they had it in stock. Overall, a very solid value. Highly recommend.

Waverly fabric is my go to for solid color cotton fabric. I have used it consistently for my sewing projects. It washes well and the colors are rich and vibrant. I sew baby items and craft projects, durable soft fabric that retains its beauty and shape after lots of use and/or washings. The price is very reasonable too! Highly recommend Waverly in all colors.

I buy this fabric often and I like it. It's sturdy and easy to sew. It is a little rough when I get it so I either wash with fabric softener or let it soak in vinegar to soften it up. Even after washing, the color looks fresh. It's also a fantastic price.

This material is so vibrant and bright! It is excellent for quilting. I purchased it to go with this item: Fabric Editions 100% Cotton Everyday Rainbows Sewing and Craft Fabric 10 Inch Squares Pre-cut, Multi-Color There are two different greens and they both compliment this set very well. This is very nice quality fabric.

I needed some basic 100% cotton and/or muslin for some projects, but I've run into such cuts of fabric literally falling apart or wrinkling/shrinking terribly when you wash them before starting a project, which you need to do, in case there is fabric shrinking. So, I trusted Waverly brand, ordered this cut and started with the laundering. And it worked out well. The edges didn't fray terribly. And it did, sure, need to be pressed a bit (100% cotton, after all...) but I've had fabrics be nearly irretrievable in their wrinkles. AND: it didn't shrink. I did a "before" and "after" measurement and they must pre-shrink this material, because right out of the dryer, before I ironed: same measurement as before I popped it into the washer. Very happy, excited to find time for my crafts and will report anything noteworthy in either direction. Recommended!

This works for what I purchased it for. I do wish it was on a bolt sold by the yard so that I could get the exact amount I need without having to purchase a pre-cut package that is either not enough or too much. The fabric quality seems decent for the price but be sure to wash it before you use it to allow for shrinkage.

Fabric was good quality but the fabric was cut 3” short in length which is really not good. The other cut of lavender was also several inches short in length. I’ve bought these many times and I’ve never measured them before. Very disappointed in Walmart for not being more preside.

Bought one and was 2” short for my project so went back bought second one, same labels same numbers same description but once side by side colors don’t match. So now I have to return them to try and get two that match. Very frustrating I don’t know why they are different.

I ordered sable Brown fabric . . I got Merlot. Not good shopping experience. Went ahead keep fabric . And reordered right color. Hope I get right color this time
