I love this little air conditioner. I use it in my small bedroom to cool down the room a few hours before I go to bed. It does have a sleep mode but I run it a few hours before I go to bed, turn it off and the room retains the cool, low humidity air allowing me to sleep comfortably until morning. It can also be run in a car, tent, remote location using an inverter.

Reading some comments that seemed to have unreasonable expectations of what this personal air conditioner does. This isn't going to cool a room like a normal portable air conditioner, it will definitely cool a small camping tent and your personal space by facing it directly. So it does what is supposed to do if you have reasonable expectations. It does get cold if you face it directly.

It is good for a small space (heating or cooling, just it around). just doesnt get cool enough in some spaces and keeps a tent comfortable but tents dont insulate well so it could be better. great for a small area thats insulated if you can port the heat vent out well.

Controls were not very responsive. it did blow cool air, great for camping or to help keep a small shed, chicken coop, i.t. room somewhat cool. Pretty heavy for such a small unit. Lots of stuff rattles around in it when it's traveling in a back seat.

if this unit is intended to cool a tent, it's either got to be a tiny tent or 8n the shade, with trees providing shade! in Florida, it's turning warmer, many days are in the mid 80s and the coolest this unit will bring down the temperature is only 79. It is cooler, but no way would I recommend this unit!

Just couldn't seem to get it to work properly. You have to put so much tubing on it and then insulate it yourself or your just warming up the area even though the air might be vented out. The one i have seems to be very temperamental and i find it ineffective to cool even a area half the size it suggests. I think if you set it up 100% in an area where it was going to be left in position all vented with 3 big hoses attached to it then it could prove to work ok, but i wanted the portability and i would defiantly not recommend it for that. It was set up in my camper van conversion, but its been more trouble than its worth. Even if it did work all the time.

Does not cool 120 square ft room after running all day. It was cooler with the doors open. I contacted customer service via phone always went to voicemail. The I started a chat which sent me to email. I provide photos, model and order number as requested. No response. I am returning this item. Useless, awful/non existent customer service, and poor performance. Save yourself a headache and buy from any other company!

Only lasted a couple of days then quit working.

When I bought the product it was 85F outside. The portable air conditioner did not do anything. I tested this outdoors because it was suppose to be for camping. Nothing. I had to return the unit for a refund. So sad.

Barely blew cold air below 75°. If you have a small single person tent then it would possibly work but if the temperature outside is above 85° then it will be overcome by the heat load and will only cool if you are sitting directly in front of the unit and will only blow 75° at the discharge with unit on lowest setting of 60°
