Warranty service was quick and easy. 7 yo grill burned through the cook box and burners were burned out. Weber provided new burners, new cook box and flavorizer bars under warranty. Within about a week. An hour and a half of work and boils a near new grill.
AHHH, YES!!! Total yes! Almost want to buy another one just to enjoy the complete experience again. Shipped on time. Every single part, nut and bolt included. Assembled easily and smoothly as if NASA scientists had triple checked for fit & finish BEFORE sending it to me. When was the last time any of us could say that about ANY product in the past 20+ years?! Ignites on the first push of the button and cooks beautifully, directly as well as indirectly. If you like your food perfect & your equipment well done then look no further. WEBER Spirit ll E-310 !
I have had this grill almost two months and I love it. It's easy to use, heats up rapidly and is wonderful to use. I have made everything from a Spanish Paella, to the American standards, steak, burgers, chicken, brats, you name it. Best grill I've owned!
Have used this grill about half a dozen times now and love it. It's super easy to use and clean, and the wheels are the perfect size for wheeling it away from the house over rough terrain. The folding side shelf is a little wonky at first, but fine once you're used to it. Love this grill!
I have wanted this grill for 3 years. I sometimes would go to Home Depot just to look at at but I couldn't afford it. But my mother in law surprised me with a Home Depot gift card as a graduation and there was no hesitation what I wanted to get. Funny thing is that my daughter wanted to put it together so we went from store to store until we could find one still in the box. She is 8 years old but she did it in 3hrs. Armed with my new grill and my little engineer we set out to conquer what was left of the summer and grill away our fears and concerns and just enjoy food the way it was meant to be. This grill did not disappoint! I absolutely love it!
Our old Genesis silver lasted us almost 20 years. We decided to stay with a similar model for our new Weber. Quality is not there compared to the old Weber. Though we do enjoy the new grill it is almost impossible to move around - and yes - we did assemble it correctly! Why didn't you put a handle on it - instead of the flimsy shelves??? Also the new cover is no where near the quality of our old one. We'll stay with Weber as long as we continue to grill - but it's not the grill it was 15-20 years ago.
Great grill. Holds temperature very well. Good grease drain so no flare ups or fires. But do not attempt to move this grill especially on a grass or dirt surface. It seems there was no thought whatsoever how to secure the folding table so one may safely roll the grill in and out of a garage for instance. The grill has no handles or anywhere to grab, and the folding table is way too flimsy to safely roll the grill on its wheels. Too bad. Because of this, I would not consider another
The side tables are a little too small. Most importantly, however, is the fact that without wheels on all four legs, the grill cannot be rolled. The side with no wheels has no real place to grip and lift it to roll on the other two. The side table when up nd locked and when folded down is really not a good place to lift the grill.
We've enjoyed Weber grills for over 20 years until we purchased this one in 2018. The tray below the burners that catches all the marinade and food particles and it doesn't fall to the tiny tray below so the grill goes on fire often and had to be taken apart and cleaned. The tiny tray that slides out gets caught all the time and it doesn't hold a disposable tray very well. The food doesn't burn off inside the large box like tray and there's always an odor. This grill is lighter than most of the other Weber grills and blows over when it's windy. All of the knobs busted off when it fell over. The Weber cover that fits this grill doesn't fit well. The Velcro spots don't fasten well and the cover constantly blows off. Here's the real catch why I hate this grill so much. When it's uncovered and it rains, the grill leaks. Water seeps into the large tray draining all the guck inside the grill onto our patio cement so I'm always freaked about keeping the grill clean inside and covered. Do not buy this grill
Weber has a great reputation so I ditched the disposable type grill for the "high quality" brand. During the second grilling season burners number 2 and 3 only light with a separate flame. I have cleaned the burner tubes twice per mfg instructions, but it hasn't fixed the issue. I never had this issue with the cheap-o's I used to buy. Won't buy another Weber
