Absolutely one of my favorite brands of developer ! it was exactly what I purchased and what I wanted. I was very happy. I buy Alot through Walmart. I think I was sent the wrong item. I wanted 20 volume 107 ml 3.6 4 Oz and I was sent 20 volume but $946 ml 32 2 full oz. I would like to know how to use it with my other toner.

Bottle of as opened
When I opened the box , a fifth of of the product was used , (missing) and the top was not taped and the bottle had been opened and closed. The Item itself self is great. The packing of the item was sent even though they had to know it was used. Someone returned it and sent it to me anyway.

This product looked tampered. Ordered for delivery and the bottle was smashed. Product looked thin and just unusable. Threw it away.

Used product sent
It came used and about 3 inches full from the top. There was no protective cap when I opened it.

The lid arrived broken, and they hadn't used any protective packaging at all. There was no protective seal under the lid either; some of the product had already spilled out.!👎
