I use these spacers every day now. I have one toe that is creeping under the big toe and hurts when I walk a lot. The spacers separate this toe from under the big toe and my feet feel much better. I am so glad I found this type of spacer as the other type I used that only goes between the toes was large and uncomfortable. I have a little difficulty sliding it far enough down the toe because of arthritis in my hands, but diligence gets it into the right place and worth the extra effort.

Comfortable to wear. Hike a lot and my small toe is in constant friction with adjacent toe. Wish I'd look for a solution sooner.
