Werther's Original Vanilla Creme Soft Caramels (Pack of 3)

Love this candy! Werthers soft carameis is no. 2. Quality is inconsistent. Some times hard or sticky, other times perfect. I believe weather and shipping being smashed or time in truck affects it. I have had mixed results even getting it from the store myself. I love it enough to eat it anyway. The little bit of vanilla cream is like the whipped cream on hot chocolate or a scoop of ice cream on a fruit pie. I wish more care was given at the factory and to the store. This is my favorite caramel now and I wish I could get it at a consistent price more times of the year. It comes out before a holiday at a decent price. Then it is increased n price. I will not buy it then Then it drops back down just before it is taken out again. I would buy a lot more if they were not trying to gouge me all the time.

Greatest ever! I could eat a bag at a rip so I only get them once in a great while.

Werther's is always good, it's WalMart that has left a bad taste in my mouth!! I shopped the Halloween clearance candies and was disappointed that the Werther's were not on sale. No big deal, I buy them anyway, but there were SO MANY groupings of the product that I took my time and compared pricing, did the math, all making sure I was getting the best deal. My income is limited, cost and sales are important. I settled on the 3 pks of 3/pack, advertised for $12 , but 9 bags was the prize. I normally pay $2.26/2.22 oz bag, 3 would be $6 change. So getting 9 for $12 was a good deal! I just opened them - WHAT A RIP OFF!!! WalMart sent 3- 2.2 oz bags=6.6 ounces, not even 1/2 lb for $12 !! I'm furious. Who in their right mind would pay this??? Not me, I did my homework, they did the cheating. If I had any question about the ad, I would have called. But the purposefully deceived their public! The name "WalMart" is as bad and questionable as their products are. And this isn't the first time I've been ripped - off. The grocery delivery sent me 2 cobb salads, but one was clearly bad as the acidic breakdown was already occurring, and the plastic was bulged out. Surely they noticed this upon packing. I live in an enclosed courtyard, it's temperature controlled. Even if I was an hour late (I wasn't) in putting this into the fridge, the temp inside is a constant 70*. I'm done!!

verry misleading. pk of six tiny bags that i can purchase at walmart or the dollar store for 1.00 each.

Warning thought the packages were the large ones they are tiny ones what a rip off! Picture is misleading on the page.
