It has a lot of different features which is helpful for a variety of different meals but it's not overly complicated either. It takes up about as much space as a regular slow cooker

This is the third one I have owned, all West Bend and in 10 - 15 years, I'll likely get another one after this one is worn out!

Had another one and dropped it and broke the lid. Thought it was safety glass. Loved it. This is a little more compact which I like. Seems to cook a little hotter so have to cut back on temperature - only drawback.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Loves this cooker! It's compact but still fits a ton of food in it. At first I doubted the heat temperatures but it heated up so well and was a consistent heat. The tote is an added bonus for convenience.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great multi-purpose cooker to have for any kitchen! Having one product that can do so many things helps keep my kitchen less cluttered. It warms up great and cooks the food thoroughly and in good time. It comes with a travel lid and bag, so taking it on the go is easy, and you don't have to worry about spilling or messes. Storage is also easy since everything fits perfectly in the travel bag.

I love the simplicity of the pieces because I was able to just pull it out of the box, wash it and put it right to use. For great on the counter and was super easy to clean. I feel that it will have decent durability for smaller dishes and the cover is a great addition for travel.

I replaced my Westbend slow cooker recently (having for20 yrs). I have used my new cooker 2 times and it clicks the whole cooking time! I am afraid to use when not home for fear of an electrical fire.

I've used this 3 times and the inside bottom is pitting.

The first time we used it the product performed perfectly. When we cleaned it we found a "white film" on the bottom of the product after the first use, and cleaning twice. Used indoors in conformity with instructions. Makes me wonder what I ingested with my meal. The 1 Year Warranty states: "This warranty does not cover any damage, including discoloration, to any non-stick surfaces of the appliance" Hmmm did they know of this problem ahead of time???

Lid doesn't fit into cooker. Have to set at least 3 or 4 pounds if weight on it to keep it in place to seal.
