I really like the clock radio. I had a little trouble figuring out the instructions, but I finally got it figured out.

I bought this clock to use if power went out during a storm. It was disappointing to see that the batteries only kept the clock working during a power outage, not the radio. I wanted the radio to work as well so I ended up returning this item but everything worked satisfactorily on the clock. The station I wanted came in faintly but ithers stations were clear.

I haven't been able to use it because I need to buy an adaptor so I can plug it in. Why don't appliances come with plugs anymore?

So, it's an alarm clock that had two usb ports for charging... but the clock itself comes with a usb to plug it in. To explain why this makes NO sense at all would cause a migraine. This is the silliest design choice for what otherwise fit the bill for a clock radio.

The sound was tinny, could not listen to it because of the feedback from hearing aids. The clock was nice and bright.

This product was a Christmas gift for a sister states away from me in a facility. She hasn't been able to use because it didn't come with a charger and I'm having trouble finding a charger. Why? Most electronics I have purchased has always came with a means of charging. So now I have to find the correct one and buy again and send again!! Very disappointing!

Bought it for an alarm clock that could also charge items. All buttons stopped working at day 32 and the clock froze shortly after that, just after the return window. For a $25 alarm clock, I expected durability and function, neither of which I got.

I plugged the clock in the wall and started to smoke and it never worked. I would like my money back or a replacement thanks.

Gave it one star because of the clock. Large numbers easy to read. Very difficult to program. Instructions not easy to follow.
