These really are excellent quality scissors. I can see them lasting throughout some heavy projects all over the house, everything from sewing, crafting to cooking, and then some. The handles have a rubber grip so they don't slip while cutting things like fabric or long strips of paper where straight lines are a must. I want to have an extra pair just in case someone else likes them as much as I do.
