I had questions about my order shipping date and customer service was well knowledgeable and kind and helpful. So far it does what it's supposed to do. I'm very satisfied.

I've had this a few years. Its main useful characteristic is its small, convenient size. I am a photographer and have a much larger, heavier and higher quality rotary cutter. It's not permanently set up and getting it out of its storage location and positioned for use is a hassle. So when I'm cutting just a few sheets of letter size paper, the little carbo titanium cutter is much more convenient. I keep it in I've had a Carbo Titanium cutter for a few years. It conveniently fits in a desk drawer and I use it when I have to cut just a few sheets of 8 1/2" x 11" paper and don't want to get out my much larger and heavier rotary cutter. However, the unit is not made for heavy duty use. The blade has become dull and a piece came off recently. I suppose I've received a reasonable amount of use from it, considering the price, so I'm buying a replacement.

The trimmer is not level on a flat surface

Motion of the cutting blade is not uniform. There is not enough space for holding the rail bar that supports the material intended for cutting. And the worst part is that replacement blades are available anywhere. Rendering this cutter as a disposable piece of junk.

this trimmer is terrible, frustrating, and has ruined multiple projects. i've made various prints and papercrafts for years, and have used many methods for trimming paper. this trimmer is probably the worst project outcomes I've had in a long time. the scorer is terrible, sometimes catching and tearing projects. the blade also catches and tears at times. the plastic material of the blade guide is far too malleable and moves or bends while attempting to cut pages. the edges where you're meant to place your paper are curved at the end, so you can't properly rely on it to keep your paper straight because it will slip or move into the curve. i might be out of the return window and unfortunately don't think i can get my money back, and its almost not even worth the space it takes up. very disappointed
