It works very well for its size. When people say it would only be good for paper or really small projects, they must be used to a different style. The 28 mm works differently than a 45 mm.

Small Roatry cutter. I'm using it for fabric projects. Gets the job done but seems better suited for paper craft projects. Comfortable to hold and use. Great tool for beginners

It is easy to get straight cuts using a metal ruler and self-healing cutting mat. The small size allows you to cut curves easily. The titanium blade is very sharp, and lasts much longer than a regular rotary blade.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love how easy this smaller blade rotary cutter works. With it being smaller I felt like I had more control in cutting out circles or wavy patterns. It fits nicely in my hand and make my crafting so much easier to do!

The cutter doesn't cut all the way into an item. It's more like a pattern for another sharp to proceed with the cutting.
