Works well and serves its purpose. I got this to see if I could cut around smaller sized appliqués and it works for that. I have several of the average size ones from another brand. I'd say the handle isn't quite as nice or ergonomic, but it is still decent for it's lower price point. It's nice to have a variety of these things. Overall I'm happy with it and it cuts well.

It works very well for its size. When people say it would only be good for paper or really small projects, they must be used to a different style. The 28 mm works differently than a 45 mm.

Small Roatry cutter. I'm using it for fabric projects. Gets the job done but seems better suited for paper craft projects. Comfortable to hold and use. Great tool for beginners

It is well made, easy to use, and comfortable in my hand. The blade is sharp and does not skip.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a Teacher, I don't like really sharp items such as this in my classroom & I could only find 1 case to use it. It worked well, you have have to be careful not to cut your tables, LOL! Q...would I buy it myself? It depends on the price, but I might have to say no, because I wouldn't have that many reasons to use it, even at home.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was planning to use for cutting fabric, but found this worked best for paper crafting. The blade cuts smooth, consistent lines - and the smaller size allows for easy fun curves, which I can't do with my larger rotary blades. I have smaller hands so the mini fit is perfect and comfortable for me. I use a ruler for straight edges and freehand for others. Easy engage the safety cover when not in use.

The cutter doesn't cut all the way into an item. It's more like a pattern for another sharp to proceed with the cutting.
