Westek 6603BC 150W 3-Level Touch Control Lamp Socket Dimmer, White Two Pack

I can't say enough great things about this touch control unit. It has spoiled me. No more fiddling to find the knob. No more stretching to reach up into the shade. Just touch the lamp. It only works on a metal lamp, unfortunately. I'd love to put it on every lamp.

So far the touch dimmer has been perfect. Works as it should. My concern is how well it can withstand an electrical surge from lightning or the power system. We'll see.

I bought this for my 90 year old Aunt who had a lamp that was hard for her to turn on because she couldn't reach the switch very well. This item worked fabulous for her lamp! She can now just touch the metal part anywhere on her lamp to turn on her light. I recommend this product to anyone. Works great!!

So nice to be able to touch my bedside lamp on and off at night and not fumble trying to find the switch. Couldn't find these for some time and had to settle for a cumbersome and unreliable touch pad on a separate outlet connection. This socket is control will allow me to touch any metal portion of my lamp and quickly turn it on or off.

expensive, but glad to find them. arthritis in hands makes some lamps too hard to turn switch. touch for on and dimmer and off is a huge help.

Make sure you have the right kind of bulb. A tad clunky.

Delivered three days after test of order. Radiator yo install but will not work on my lamps with plastic bases.

When I bought the product, it was advertised as a twin pack. Twin pack means two items. There was not two items. It was one item. Therefore I return the item and will buy a two pack. Very unclear wording for product.

doesn't work correctly in any lamp I've tried. use with a 3 way bulb. I tried different brands and different lamps all with metal base and it comes on when you buy not always and it cycles through all the brightness rapidly and won't stop. also it doesn't just let you choose a brightness sit skips and chooses or rapidly switches past. just a pain to use I would not recommend. it was not worth the effort or the time it the money

Tried in three different lamps but would not work. l do not like leaving negative reviews but if it doesn't work, it doesn't work. Maybe you will have a better result than l had.
