Westinghouse 24" LED HD TV with DVD Combo - Sleek Design, Clear Picture Quality

Purchased this item to install in our new RV. Wanted a TV with the built in DVD player since space is at a premium. Since many of the campgrounds we stay at have limited over the air channel reception, and cable is not always available this gives us a fallback option for viewing and background distractions. Delivery was quick, and merchandise arrived undamaged. Have made multiple purchases via this merchant's on line option and have been very satisfied with the selection and service.

"I have three current units of this same 24"" Westinghouse TV/DVD player. One unit continues to work normal. One unit has now failed after 5 years to load the DVD source by the on/off button (media is in the unit). It is an electronic switching issue as the unit will connect to the DVD source and load 20% of the time. I am now replacing that unit with the same model. Another DVD unit is beginning to emit mechanical noise after 5 years indicating the plastic gears or bands are showing wear. Aside from the 5 year apparent lifespan of the DVD portion of the combo unit

Nice picture, size is correct, sleek, and easy to use. The DVD player is the down side. It will not play my daughter's favorite DVD but our old DVD player will play it. Not sure what the problem may be. The TV was purchased for my daughter to use. Overall a good TV with a malfunctioning DVD player.

To be honest we set it up ,then put it back in the box....getting ready for summertime and hurricane season...it's still not safe to go places. SO THANK YOU WALMART for having a small TV w DVD

Make sure you try it before the return back window .. it's a 50/50 chance if it will work or not .. the DVDs get stuck a lot … or you might not be able to play them .. And yes they are newer DVDs so they are not scratched up .. other then that it's not a bad tv … I'm just used to a bigger tv but it's okay .. it's just the DVD player

Save yourself the time and listen to these reviews. The TV was fine but the quality of the DVD player was awful. It would play for maybe 20 minutes and then freeze. The DVD's I was trying were brand new.

This TV/DVD combo player has a known defect where the DVD player stops working 3/4 of the way through the DVD and freezes. Westinghouse is aware of this issue and continues to sell this defective product! Pick any other brand but not this one. Their resolution is that you ship this TV back to their warehouse at your cost and they will mail you a refund check! I purposely chose an American brand to replace my other TV and completely regret it :(

1 month 1 day old - The dvd player is freezing up. Westinghouse will NOT Honor it's year warranty because I bought it at Walmart.. The Protection plan I bought from Walmart WON'T cover it because the manufacturer should cover it. So, DO NOT but any Westinghouse from Walmart. And evidently, so far. The Protection Plans are also worthless.

I read the reviews on this Television. They we're not good. But I bought it anyway. The reviews were correct I watched one DVD on the DVD player, and it freezes up. You have to completely close it out and started over. It plays for a few minutes. and freezes up. i will be returning this television. I've used it 2 times in my RV.

my Neice brought this small TV I loved because it have a dvd.the only thing is one day when I cut on I saw green/%26 black different colors lines.i was sicki will ret for refund.
