Great product. You no longer have to climb tall ladders or no more climbing out your window to get to your roof. This product is amazing.

This stuff is a miracle product. While it did not get my windows completely clean ( it had been four years since I washed them,) it did a great job considering. I am ordering another bottle to finish the job.

Not as easy as advertised

The product was priced competitively, but lacked the performance as advertised. Even following the instructions closely, my windows were left with serious spots and streaks. I followed up with a separate water hose to remove the product, but to no avail. It appears the selector knob on the bottle does not fully shut off the solution, so some product gets into the clear water. Overall, the performance was disappointing!

It left more streaks than I had before using! Do not use in hard water areas. A waste of my time and money. Back to the ladder and microfiber cloth use.

I followed directions but it left water spots on my windows. I had to rewash by hand, making it twice the work and wasted water.

I purchased this because their shower product works so well. The window cleaner falls way short. I think the problem is the valve that switches from cleaner to water. I wrote the company for help. They suggested I call and ask for a certain person. When I called, the person who answered the phone was actually the person who signed the letter. She transferred me to the person she suggested. It went to voicemail. I left a message and NEVER received a call back. It's weird to me that the first woman couldn't just refer my email to the correct person. This is obviously a small company. The fact that I never received a call back tells me that customer service is not their strong suit. Because of this, I will not be purchasing their shower product in the future.

I bought this to clean a few windows. I noticed some pollen on my windows so I hooked this up to the hose and used it as directed. First, spray the windows down with the cleaning solution, wait a bit, and change the setting to rinse. And...the pollen remained. I even tried it a second time. No improvement.
