When they say put it on level surface/floor they mean it. It did not complete a full cycle at all for several weeks. I had to press reset each time a cat visited. After viewing online comments and videos I realized it was partially on a thin rug. Moved it to bare floor and it works perfectly now. The sensors are sensitive! My two cats love it. I love it.

Absolutely amazing! This took 99% of this stinky mess away! It's so worth the money! If you had ever told me I would be excited about a cat litter pan I wouldn't believe it. But, here we are!

I had an older litter robot that I liked, but this new version is so much better! A much better design and easier to clean. I will probably get another one after Christmas.

Really cool product. Virtually eliminates the litter box odor. The litter mat was more than a little pricey at an additional $50 but is super effective. My only issue is that one cat loves the robot and the other thinks it will eat his soul. Shame that Mikey is so terrified of the robot.

Arrived in large box. Easy to unpack. The unit is on the larger side. Doesn't fit in the cubby where our low tech litter box was but I will take the tradeoff. Downloaded the app. Quick easy set up. Video walks you through it. Fill it with litter. Connect to your WiFi. Then sit back and never scoop again. The unit senses when your cat uses the device and notifies you via text ( you can disable notices) It also weighs the cat so you can track weight (s). Works for multiple cats. Best investment ever! And I am sure my cat loves a clean toilet every time she goes!

I sent this to my daughter, she has 2 cats and needed something to stop the smell from the litter box. She loves it

Love it! After a month I can't tell if the kitten is causing it to not cycle but I keep finding soiled litter so manually have to hit the button to cycle. Haven't figured out how to get it to hook to my phone.

This item should be battery powered with a rechargeable battery for remote locations. it should have a manual mode so you shouldn't need Internet programming for it to operate automatically especially for just one cat I can't afford Internet I am retired it's taken me almost 2 years to save this money so disappointing

Arrived damaged. Base cracked in 2 places. Tried it because at first look it seemed cracks wouldn't alter functionality. But it did. After one day it kept saying there was a malfunction as hood did not sit correctly and plug in area would not stay seated. Plug in area was dislodged and couldn't be fixed. Once it's picked up and money returned, I will order another one because I do think a fully functioning one will be awesome! I just hope more care is taken with packing and delivery.

pros: cats took right to it. it is quiet and does what it claims. cons: cat litter tracks Everywhere. useless non stop alerts to the phone making me disable all alerts.
