I absolutely love these bath towels! very soft and thick after they have been washed and dried. however they bleed profusely the first few washings. I would recommend washing them separately in the beginning. there is also a lot of lint in the dryer screen after the first several times in the dryer. otherwise these are great

I like how soft and luxurious these towels feel. They are a very large size and also love that they have a loop for hanging. They have not shrunk or lost their shape at all. The only problem is that although I have washed them several times they are still losing a lot of lint. I hope this will diminish as time goes by.

While the brand advertises a warranty, I was not able to get clear information or support around it, so I wouldn't rely on that (probably falls into the category of false advertising). Overall, decent appearance and initial feel, but quality and support are inconsistent so I would not expect long-term durability or a response to the "complementary extended warranty" that is prominently advertised in the packaging.
