a Silicone type bicycle chain lubricant was advised by the E-bike maker as less sticker for collecting dirt thus reducing wear on chain and sprockets

Great Product!
Everything sticks to oil, silicone lubricant is not made for chains, this stuff is a liquid wax that is perfect for bicycle chains!
