Whitman's Sampler Gift Box of Assorted Chocolates, 36 Ounce (72 Pieces)

I buy these every year for close friends. The packaging was exceptional and was received cool in temperature and everything in tact. The recipients always love this item.

This box was very impressive when it arrived. I wasn't expecting the box to be so big. It brought a smile to my face. The chocolates are very good! Great job! Thank you.

I was very surprised by the size and shape of the box. I was expecting just a larger size Sampler box. I was never shown a picture of the product. This was a gift for my sister in California. The postage was almost as much as the purchase price, but she is worth it. I think she and her guest will love it. One of her favorite childhood Christmas gifts was a box of Whitman Samplers.

The Whitman's sampler gift box was fine, all the different flavors you'd expect, and nice and fresh. The shipping was terrible. The package was partially crushed and partially torn. Buy it, but from someone else.

I buy these a lot. They are very flavorful and great for a quick meal. I can only eat two pieces at a time and that makes two late dinners. Try these. The Caesar chicken salad rolls are good too. Try them, I think you will like them.

The ship to was wrong. I contacted Walmart Customer care. I was to recieve a message from Russel Stover but never did. It was shipped to the bill to address. It sat outside for days. Just unfortunate all around.

This rating is not for the taste or the quality of the chocolates. I have always enjoyed the tastes and flavors of the Whitman chocolate. This review is for the missing items that I did not receive. I ordered two boxes of Whitman's chocolate sampler gift boxes during the Thanksgiving Sale through Walmart.com, A week later a huge box was delivered to my door. I opened the box and saw a white thermo pack surrounding the chocolate. I assumed the two boxes I ordered were in there and placed the thermo pack in a spare room where I keep all the Christmas gifts. Today ( Dec. 13), I started to wrap all the Christmas presents. When I opened the thermo pack, I only found one box chocolate in there. I live alone, so there is no one else could have access to the gifts. I contacted Walmart customer service and spoke to an AI assistant. I was told this order is ineligible for refund or returns. I am very unhappy. I wish I would have checked the items when I first received them. Maybe I would have gotten a better response from Walmart. I am going to contact Russell Stover on Monday since the item was listed at Walmart as ‘Sold and Shipped' by Russell Stover'. I will adjust the rating if Russel Stover would help me resolve my missing item issue.

Last year we ordered several of these and they were promised to be there in three days and it was 10 days they didn't come until after Christmas and they were useless this time. They did the same thing your company. I tried to contact everybody and it was nothing but liesThey came too late. I'm done.

Never received order. Was supposably delivered Dec. 16. But I never received it. I used the tracking number and found it was delivered to Ellensburg Washington on I believe December the 12th or the 16th. I live in Florida. WalMart's customer Service uses all the nice customer service words to pacify me but the service has been unsatisfactory. I either deserve a refund or a reshipment at this point. WalMart is refusing either. They are passing the buck. They told me to call Russell Stover. I called Russell Stover. She could not help me. She said WalMart should handle it and I agree. I tried calling Fed Ex but they do not see a shipment for my address. Did WalMart perhaps put the wrong address on my order and that is why it went to Washington state? It is now time for WalMart to correct this issue. Russell Stover should request a refund from Federal Express and then refund it to me. That has been my feeling all along. I am tired of dealing with this and I cannot afford to lose $63.03 because someone messed up my order. Delivery picture is not my house.

The taste and quality of Whitman has gone down hill for sure. Bought this as a treat for myself. Ended up giving it to my kids. Not that great at all.
