The shipping was prompt; item actually arrived 1 day ahead of scheduled delivery. The product is exactly as described on the website. The freshness of the product is splendid and the price was better than I could find anywhere locally.

Start with Fresh cracked.
If you cook anything in the kitchen you need to start with fresh cracked black pepper...It will make all of the difference.

Best Fresh
I use a lot of pepper. I decided that I would buy a large quantity but in pepper corns to have a richer, fresher taste. It's great!

Container was opened and resealed with some product missing.

Not sealed, and no exp date.
The jar I received had no expiration date on it, and also the safety seal was not affixed to the jar. When I unscrewed the cap, the seal was in the lid. Needless to say, I started a return, and was refunded.
