I am super happy I gave this supplement an opportunity, l was having knee issues lately, but I was hesitant about trying a supplement due to it's format, since I find difficult swallowing caplets, which most joint supplements use, but these are capsules that are easy to swallow. This has helped me with comfort and mobility for both my knees. I started seeing results after three weeks. I take three capsules daily as it is suggested in the bottle.

I always feel weird if I start doing a review about supplements because at the end of the day— I can't say for certain the efficacy of what I'm ingesting but all I can say is, on top of a healthy diet and doing morning stretches — my body does in fact feel better.

Around 3 years ago, I fractured my knee. After that recovery, I needed to start to do stretches to avoid pain in my knee. I’ve been taking different vitamins to joints support. Now I’m taking “Why not Natural” with Glucosamine and chondroitin to improve my joints, specifically my knee, It feels better. Easy to swallow and the size it’s okay. I would recommend to take this kind of vitamins.

I enjoy this supplement I feel like it has really helped the pain in my knees. It doesn’t seem to have a side effect that I’ve notice. The pills are a good size and easy to swallow. There is also no weird taste to them

These supplements help in the long run. I have consistently been taking it and feel like it’s helped a lot. Ingredients are good and packaging is simple.

Easy to take capsules. They have been helping with pre-existing knee joint pain, which was a pleasant surprise. I like that these are more natural than other joint pain supplements. I will continue taking these as needed. Definitely not a miracle cure for major joint pain but they have helped with a regular amount of knee pain.

I haven't noticed much of a change in how my joints feel, but I can comment on the experience of taking the pill! The serving size is 3 which I thought was interesting but they go down pretty easy. There is no taste or anything either, but in the same way some pills have a taste when you burp, this one had a kind of bitter flavor that sat just at the back of my throat. I'm gonna keep taking them and hope that my joints start to feel better!

The dosage on this product is 3 pills daily and it only comes with 120 pills. That is more than the product I usually take. It seems to absorb well and is comparable to my normal brand. This product does not have a distinct smell. I received this product for free to try, I’m interested to know the price. I can’t wait to feel the long term results that I have hopes of.

The amount of pills you get in a jar seems a good bang for your buck, along with all the benefits they provide. The recommended dose is sufficient and I haven’t experienced any issues taking them. I do however HIGHLY dislike the size of these pills, reconsidering the size is a must.
