used with caution. Didn't work as expected

i biught this utem thinking it was going to unclog my toilet but i did justcwhatvthe directions said snd nothing happened. it did not unclog my toilet, therfore it does not work like they show on the website .why sell a product that soes not work like it suppose too. i am very upset because this is the second timebi bought this product hoping it would work. now i dont know what else to do. i guesd i will have to call a plumber soon.

Don't clean drain with all the power they claim and demonstrate

Definitely not worth your time or your money. I used both little bottles two separate intervals just like it says follow the directions in one evening. Both bottles are empty and my sink still smells like dirty pipes. Don't waste your money.

I purchased the 3 bottle packet. This was a complete waste of money. Product didn't foam, and did absolutely nothing to clear or improve the drain flow. The ad shows this dynamic and dramatic action as the product works. In reality, nothing happens when the product is used. Don't waste your money on this useless product!

Received this product and used exactly as instructed. Did NOT unclog kitchen sink. Maybe if you only want a cleaner (?) for your drain, otherwise DON'T waste your money or time if you are looking for a "tornado" drain to unclog

Waste of money. Product doesn't do as advertised.

This product does not live up to the hype! First of all, it comes in a salt-shaker size package and goes on to disappoint from there. $ is better spent on old-fashioned Drano!

Unfortunately, this product did not work as the video demonstrations showed. No whirling water flow tornado. No fizzles, No sounds. Instructions are in extremely small text, barely legible and vague. Completely disappointed, as I still had to open up the bathroom sink drain pipe and remove the hair, which I was totally trying to avoid. Yuck!

I bought this product 3 times. The first time it was a grainy white powder type material. It work for about 5 mins. The second two after that were brown in color and not grainy at all. It did not work at all. I don't understand how the same product looks so different. I only bought it again bcuz I thought it worked. Very disappointed at this point I think I want a refund.
