Wilton 2105-960 Recipe Right Non-Stick Biscuit & Brownie Pan

I have been using these Wilton pans for many years and will continue to as long as they are available. Besides brownies it's perfect for a single batch of cornbread too and it's also great for roasting small batches of vegetables. IF you can keep it from being cut with something sharp it should last you a while. Though I have stated to family to always use plastic utensils with it, inevitably someone in our house forgets, the pan incurs a scratch and soon starts to rust. However, they are inexpensive enough that I buy several at a time and even with scratches I can line it with foil and still use it for vegetable roasting. A quality pan for a very pleasant price and one I feel my kitchen is incomplete without. Thanks Wilton and Walmart! I am ordering 4 more.

Perfect size and quality weight

Nice size for a small batch of brownies or lemon bars.

With an 8x8 or 9x9 pan the brownies are too thick, with a 11x9 pan it is a bit thin. With this pan, the brownies has the right height. The pan is easy to wash.

I like this pan. It's dishwasher safe sort of. Don't use metal utensils with it.I bought 2 to save on shipping. Because I know the non-stick coating doesn't last forever.

I'm happy with this pan. It's nice that the pan is dishwasher safe. You do have to remember to use non metal utensils.

Some how frozen fish patties stained the pan

You need to bring back the 7 x 11 quarter sheet cake pan that is 2" deep! It was more versatile than this shallow pan. You could still bake brownies and muffins in a 2" deep pan, but not a cake mix! The old 7 x 11 2 was PERFECT for a single cake mix!

Not the best quality and shipping cost as much as the pan!
