Wilton Bake It Better Non-Stick Mini Muffin Pan, 48-Cup

I am a baker and this pan is amazing! 48 mini cupcakes in one bake..! And wilton brand! What more can you ask? Do not scrape the holes, it comes clean with wet or damp cloth.

This is the best and only mini muffin pan I will use! You don't need to fuss with paper liners because the muffins glide out of these pans! Have purchased a cheaper brand and regretted it.

I purchased this muffin tin to carry Strawberry Tequila Jello shots upright. I am also making Buzzed Cherry Bombs for a July 4th picnic. I was using emptied Eggland Best egg cartons until the quantities I was required to produce made those ineffective. This muffin tin, if purchased to use in your oven, will typically be too large. Unless you have a commercial sized oven it will not fit.

I love this big pan! I got it about 2 weeks ago and already used it 3-4 times. With little kids at home, it makes cupcakes/muffins/other things perfect size for them. I will also be using it to make birthday party cupcakes for my 3 year old. My local bakery quoted me $1.50/mini cupcake! That's crazy. With this pan I can make 48 for about the price of $10 (with icing) and little work.

This pan makes 48 mini-muffins at once, which is a big help when you need a lot of mini-muffins. We have 2 of these now and they work fine. They are large for a consumer muffin pan and may not fit many home ovens, so recommend you measure available space before buying. Probably this pan will work better in gas or convection electric ovens because of the (usually) uneven heat in most conventional home electric ovens. In all other respects this is a high quality pan that should last years if used and cleaned in accordance with manufacturer's instructions. Recommended.

So I have a smaller mini cupcake pan and let me tell you, it was getting old making more than one batch of mini cupcakes from a cake mix. I can use one box of cake mix and fill all of these up and bake them at the same time. It was easy to clean! You just have to make sure you have the room for storage for it. It does if nicely in the drawer under our stove so it was a win win here! Definitely recommend if you are done with baking more than one batch of cupcakes at a time!!!

This is a sensational mini muffin pan. It has a stick resistant coating, good edges for gripping it hot out of the oven and lots of tiny cups for muffins, or fancy chocolates. But I neglected to note the dimensions of my little oven. I could not close the oven door !!! My hubby found one just like it from Wilton, but a smaller size that I am using. We have a food caterer nearby, I'll gift them with this larger lovely pan.

I really love this pan. Super size with a very super price. Wish I had more storage space I would get a couple more.

This is my new kitchen toy! Can't go wrong with Wilton. 48 little cups to make muffins, mini cheesecake, filled nut cups and dont forget all the little hors d'oeuvres for the holidays !
