Wilton ColorSwirl 3-Color Coupler Decorating Kit, 9 pc

This product does exactly what it says it can do. Although we had some confusion with the initial set up, which could have been avoided by coming to this website and watching the video, it successfully created Tri color cupcakes for our daughters birthday quickly . We will use it again and recommend this product .

Purchased this as a way to make my cupcakes have a little more pizzaz. Its very easy to use, with one glitch. You should assemble the tip before you fill the bags, it is somewhat difficult to connect when they are full, but if you connet the tips first then fill the bags, ( which is quite easy ) then it works wonderully!!

I bought this today, last minute, to decorate my cupcakes for the 4th of July BBQ. It decorated beautifully. I've never decorated cupcakes with more than one color at a time and this went very smoothly. I just read some of the 1 star reviews and I honestly don't know what those people did to have such a horrible experience. I was literally in a time crunched super fast hurry and it worked wonderfully for me as a first timer.

I bought this and tied to use it but found it difficult to put together. Once I got it together and filled with icing. It was awkward trying to use it. For someone who does not have large hands and not much strength in in those hands, this is not a good item. I am returning mine to the store where I bought it.

I love this idea, but in action it's a pain. The white couplers don't click together easily and 3 16 inch bags are way too difficult to manage once they are together even if they aren't too full. And the sharp edges of the white couplers split the bags so it makes a huge mess.

I purchased this kit to decorate daughter b-day, very disappointed with this product. The instructions are not very clear if you put the tips inside the bag or outside the decorating bags. It's very difficult to snap together and when it was together broke apart and very messy.

Save your money and put the 3 colors in one bag without this tool. I have used this on 2 different occasions and both times I threw it in the garbage. It was very difficult to get the couplers to connect. Then trying to use it was a disaster and extremely messy and near to impossible to work with. The first time I blamed the issues as operator error. The second time I realized it was the product not me. I truly love Wilton products but I think they need to discontinue this item.

I purchased this kit thinking that it would save on time and present a beautiful swirl of colors. However, the corners on the white tips are so sharp that they cause holds in the bag as you are decorating. Little swirls of icing shot out of the holes onto already decorated cupcakes. Also, you can only fill the bags a little less than half the way to maintain control; which causes you to constantly refill all three of the bags.

Bought this to decorate cupcakes for my niece's birthday using leftover icing from her large pony cake. It was an absolute nightmare. Much to bulky to manage. I had frosting coming out the end of the bag, the side of the bag - everywhere but the decorating tip. Emptied the bags and used a normal tip instead. This is going in the garbage or the garage sake box. Definitely not recommended.

There was no instructions on how to put the bags together. It was a complete disaster. If there was actual instructions besides just a few pictures on the box it might have worked. I purchased this for my daughters 7th birthday to decorate her cake. I ended up improvising and I threw it away.
