Wilton Nonstick Cookie Sheet, Cooling Grid and Silicone Baking Mat Bakeware Set, 4-Piece

The cookie sheets measure 11”x17” inside space with a nice deep lip on them, to stop sliding! Wilton is an established brand that makes these with the same great quality they have for years, I have one that's many years old and it's still in great shape and in service. The rack fits nicely in the sheet and is wonderful for laying bacon on in the cookie sheet to bake the bacon in your oven (lay tin foil on the sheet) the bacon cooks up crisp and drained! Then I lay paper towels on the red silicone pad for the bacon to be totally grease free. I couldn't be happier with this set, and of course it's great for baking cookies, non- stick!

I have always received very high quality from all of our Wilton products. Their cookie sheets are really “non-stick” and last years of heavy use. The cooling rack is an added bonus and is very handy for resting your freshly baked goods on to cool before storage. The silicone baking sheet is something new to me, as I haven't used one in the past. It seems to work well in keeping the cookies or other baked goods from sticking to the pan, even though the pan itself is non-stick. It can also be used when rolling out cookie dough to help keep your counter clean. We do a lot of baking, especially during the holiday season, which is coming up soon. These cookie sheets, silicone sheet and cooling rack will be essential to a successful baking season.

I am not a baker, but this fit perfectly for my random cookie cravings (like 2x a year). I think its a great value, quality set. The mat has can be used to roll dough, the cooling rack can be used to cool your cheese garlic bread. And the 2 pans will work with holiday cooking on the horizon. NOT TO MENTION 10 year warranty!

I would not consider myself a baker or a chef and rarely spend time in the kitchen but when I do I want it to be easy. I have just recently recently started using bakeware from Wilton, have several sets and I have never had a single thing whether it's dried cheese, something sticky and gooey, nothing sticks to these pans. Big fan of these pans!

While I'm very well experienced as an eater of cookies, I'm not much of a cookie baker. However, I do get down in the kitchen and thus appreciate quality cookware. The Wilton 4-Piece Baking Set is an impressively well-constructed collection of useful bakeware that would be an excellent addition to any kitchen. The Wilton 4-Piece Baking Set includes two (2) 11.5" x 17.2" Large Non-Stick Cookie Sheets, one (1) 16" x 10" Cooling Grid, and one (1) 16" x 10.2" Silicone Baking Mat. The Cookie Sheets feel very sturdy and well made. The nonstick coating is super slick. Baked-on cheese and tomato sauce slid off with ease. The coating also appears to be quire durable. Both Cookie Sheets have now been hand washed once and through the dishwasher once and I can't find any sort of scratches or noticeable wear on the coating. The only thing I noticed that could be considered a negative is that the Cookie Sheets are a little bit heavier than my other baking sheets. However, the difference is negligible. The cooling grid also feels quite sturdy and well made. It fits perfectly into the baking sheets and doesn't slide around. The silicone baking mat is nice and thick. It also fits perfectly into the included baking sheets. As with the baking sheets, cooked on cheese and tomato sauce came right off the silicone mat with no effort. Shortly after receiving this Wilton set, my old baking sheets and cooling rack found their way to the local Goodwill donation bin. Overall, this is great quality bakeware that could even pass for commercial grade.

I was pleasantly surprised by this bakeware set. Usually, I use a heavy duty colander when draining/airing certain foods so the grid piece in this set was a definite plus. It appears non-stick so I'll be sure to use only plastic utensils on its surfaces. The set is sturdy and good looking. But interested to see how it holds up over time and use.

I received this set the day before I planned to bake cookies. I have never used a silicone pad that was included in this set. I was pleasantly surprised at the,ease in which the cookies came up after baked and they were evenly baked and delicious. I do a lot of baking and my specialty is cookies so I will get quite a bit of use out of these products. I also like the fact that the product is made by Wilton. The cooling rack is also a great item to have although I don't use them that much. For review purposes I used it this time and it worked just fine. The whole set is quite nice and would make a great gift for my fellow Baker's.

If you want to make cupcakes or enjoy making them with your children, supervised of course, you have everything you need to bake them! The cooling rack is impeccable and it comes with a nice perfect size piece to put your cupcakes on without burning your hands. The baking sheets themselves are extremely well made and you can use them for whatever you like as well! Highly recommend!

This is a very good buy. You get 2 large, heavy, non-stick cookie sheets. A reusable, silicone baking paper... say good-bye to foil. 1 wire rack. I like that this wire rack is non-stick. My metal ones are a bit hard to clean and stain over time. Baked on food - like mac & cheese- sled right off of this rack. ♡•♡

It's a very great set, useful for those who are just getting started (I'm thinking a housewarming gift) but also has value for those who have been cooking for awhile. The cookie sheet baked cookies well with even browning on the top & bottom. Both the cookie sheet and the cooling rack have a non-stick coating for easy clean-up. This set is sturdy and the non-stick coating makes easy to clean. Use plastic cutting and serving utensils. The non-stick coating is great but i still use parchment paper to protect. This set is dishwater safe. Heavy duty, feels like it will last awhile. I definitely recommend this set.
