Wilton Perfect Results Non-Stick Cooling Grid-16"X10"

I've had cooling grids for years, but mine were shorter and didn't have a grid, only crosswise wires with a middle support. Cookies were always falling through when warm. These are perfect! The small holes will eliminate that problem and they appear very sturdy. Good value for the money.

This is my second Wilton Cooling Grid. I purchased new cookie press disks and they are very dainty and small. With the old-fashioned cooling racks, often the cookies would fall through. I never knew that these cooling grids existed. I am so pleased with them. Well worth the money. I will most likely be buying a third one soon since I bake these cookies regularly. I thought I could use it in the oven to keep my breaded chicken cutlets warm but when I phoned Wilton, they said NO- it was only for cooling baked goods. Hence, I am returning this item.

I ordered this rack because the picture matched exactly several racks that I had and liked. I specifically wanted the same size openings. The spacing or opening size was not specified but the picture clearly showed 17 openings across the short side. The racks that I received have 12 openings across the short side, making the openings significantly larger. I called customer service and explained the issue and asked if it would be possible to get the items as pictured. The CS rep said that she would have to check with the web team, and she would send me an email with return instructions. I didn't receive the email so I called back a week later and still didn't get an answer about getting the correct product, but I did receive the email with instructions on returning the items at my expense. I replied to that email stating that I wouldn't spend the money to ship them back and still not end up with the product that I ordered. No reply to that email but I did get an email asking me to write a review, so here it is. Don't purchase this product if you expect to get the item pictured.
