Candied fruit
These candied citrus pieces were perfect for my baking needs. Do not recommend for eating out of containers as these are meant for baked goods.

the candied lemon peel adds a bright,chewy sweet yet tart flavor to my baked goods. Sometimes, the pieces can be a little bit too large,depending on the recipe. I can put the candied peels into my food processor. They dont stick to the blades much.

Great taste. The only issue is that i didn't notice this lemon could have cross contaminating in it. It says that on the label but i didn't even think of looking for those allergens considering it's a friut only product. My bad, just disappointed.
