Actually I'm still waiting for this item, it's been delayed, no mention why it's been delayed or how long the delay will be. The last update i received was it was on it's way then the day before it was to arrive it's delayed, this is the 2nd item that has been delayed in the last 5 weeks

Helping Hand for Short People
Being a very short grandma with a very tall windshield on my van, I need something to clean the windshield all the way across. This did the trick.

I gerry rigged something like this myself with some success. This tool however does exactly what I need and is the right flexible angle for me to use. Very happy with how this turned out....

Switch plate
I may not be qualified to use this device because I can't get my windshield clean despite different cleaners and approaches quality of the tool is outstanding price right? I just don't know how to make it clean my windows.

BROKEN DURING SHIPPING
Went to use it, blade part was cracked off on one side. I tried to use with one side, failed to work. Disappointed. Seemed to be packaged well, but must have gotten crushed somehow by USPS. I you could send replacement or the blade part that was broken. Can send picture of broken part if needed.

Item was ordered. Then delayed. Then delayed again. And again. So I cancelled the item, assuming it was "lost" in transit. Shortly thereafter, the pkg was delivered. The box it came in was beat, battered and crushed; it appeared to have been opened and taped again, with one end still slightly open. The pkg also rattled. Should have known that was a bad sign. So I opened the box, took out the cheapest looking window cleaning tool you can imagine; shook the box and out came a piece of broken plastic clip that was necessary for the apparatus to work. What a waste of $7.00!

A soapy cloth would be so much better. I thought it would reach the areas of my windows, but it smeared and the cloth came off. Total waste of money.
